  • A Mystery Rugby Weekend is a surprise getaway where your destination is kept secret up to 7 days before departure (Unless you choose to leave it a mystery until the day of travel!). You’ll enjoy live rugby action, curated experiences, accommodation and travel all included.

  • We aim to provide all details approximately 7 days before travel however we do offer the option of ‘on the day’ surprise. If you do select this option at checkout, we’ll send you a package containing all your details that you can open at the airport to add to the thrill. Worried about what to pack? Don’t worry, we’ll even provide you the weather forecast in advance so you know whether you’ll be needing that puffer jacket or those club budgie smugglers! 

  • When selecting the upgrade package with your trip, you are entitled to additional nights stay (Either Thursday or Sunday night) and additional experiences, trips and activities (see below for more details on what this can include).


  • The booze tour: Wine or Beer tasting, Arcade bars, Beer bike tours

    Cultural experience: Musuem tours, sightseeing trips, local traditions

    Family weekend: Zoos, theme parks, play zones, river cruises

    The balanced package: Stadium tours, hospitality, meal bookings

  • No — the mystery is part of the fun! However, you can select your preference of top flight or the hidden gems using our form on checkout. This doesn’t guarantee your selection but we always do the best we can to accommodate our customers needs.

  • Of course, the trips are tailored to your desires. When completing the preference form upon checkout, you can select the family option which we will ensure to take into account when building your perfect package.


  • Absolutely! We recommend booking via a lead passenger who can keep contact with us throughout the booking phase. You’re able to list all of your passengers during the checkout process.

  • Closer to your departure, we’ll send your destination itinerary so you know what to pack for. When selecting the complete surprise option, we will provide a destination-specific weather tips and local customs to base your decisions!

  • Please inform us during booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and medical requirements with our hotel and travel partners.

  • No, travel insurance is not included — but we strongly recommend purchasing your own insurance to cover unexpected events.

  • If the match is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll arrange alternative experiences and compensate where appropriate.
